I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did eventually get back to me and fix everything!!! It just took a couple of days, and I had to follow up once to get things moving!!! Not the worst experience or anything, just slower than I was hoping for!!!

I ordered a couple of golf shirts from golf.com, and overall the shipping experience was solid!!
It took about 5 days to arrive, which was totally fine, though I was kind of hoping it might show up a little sooner. The tracking worked well, and everything came packaged nicely with no issues.
So yeah, not the fastest delivery ever, but nothing really went wrong either!! I’d definitely order again as long as I’m not in a huge rush

"Cluttered and frustrating to browse"
I tried using golf.com to check out a few gear reviews, it just felt like more work than it should have been. The pages were slow to load, popups kept getting in the way, and the ads seemed to shift around right when I was trying to scroll or read something.
My impression was that the actual articles might be decent, but the site layout makes it hard to enjoy them. The menu felt crowded, and I had to click around too much to find simple things, so I ended up giving up quickly.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but a lot of these reviews kind of feel fake. Like, they just don’t really come across as genuine, you know? It makes it hard to fully trust what people are saying

"Decent reads, but it messed up my plans"
The articles are okay overall, and some of them are genuinely good, but the quality feels uneven. I was planning to relax and spend the evening reading through them, but I kept getting pulled out of it by pieces that felt rushed or just not that interesting. Kind of annoying, because I had actually set aside time for this and it didn’t really turn into the chill reading night I expected

I kinda expected more options, but the selection felt limited. I looked around for a bit and couldnt really find my size, so that was a little dissapointing.

Signing up was easy enough, and I didn’t run into any issues reading my GOLF.com articles. for a subscription service, that almost feels like an achievement

"Picked Up a Few Golf Fixes That Actually Helped"
I started using GOLF.com after one especially rough round where my swing felt all over the place and my short game basically disappeared. I was mostly looking for simple tips I could try without overthinking everything, a lot of the lessons were easy to follow. Some of the videos do feel a little repetitive after a while, but I still found a few pointers that helped me clean up some bad habits. Nothing magical, but it definitely gave me a better idea of what I was doing wrong.

"Return was easy enough, but the refund took a while"
I ordered a polo from golf.com, but the sizing just wasn’t right, so I ended up sending it back. The return process wasn’t terrible or anything, but I did have to poke around a bit to figure out where to start. Why is that stuff never exactly where you expect it to be?
The refund did eventually show up, but it took longer than I thought it would, probably close to two weeks. Customer support did respond, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but was it super smooth? Not really.
"Feels overpriced and kind of questionable"
I just didn’t feel like this was worth the money. The prices seemed high, and I kept wondering what I was actually paying extra for. Nothing really stood out, and it felt like the same stuff you could find somewhere else for less. I was expecting better deals or at least some kind of perk, but it never really happened. Ended up canceling because it just felt a bit off to me, and I don’t see myself trying it again
